What It Entails?
Investor Access is a sequential pathway, not a single event — each stage builds directly on the one before it, so members arrive in front of investors genuinely ready rather than early.
- Business Readiness Assessment — an honest evaluation of where the venture actually stands before pursuing capital
- Pitch Development — refining the pitch itself: narrative, materials, and delivery
- Investor Matching — pairing the venture with investors whose focus, stage, and geography actually fit
- Facilitated Introductions — warm, structured introductions into CAYA's investor network — angel investors, VCs, development finance institutions, family offices, and impact investors
Who It Benefits?
Full CAIYA members — early and growth-stage founders who've moved through Foundations Training and Mentorship and are now genuinely pursuing capital. This programme assumes a venture with some maturity already; it's the pathway to funding, not the starting point.
Why It Matters?
Most founders lose credibility with investors before they even get in the room — an underdeveloped pitch, a mismatch with the investor's focus, or a venture that simply isn't ready yet. Investor Access exists to close that gap on the founder's side, and to make sure the deal flow reaching CAYA's investor network is genuinely strong on the investor's side too. That's the programme's real function in the ecosystem: it's what makes CAYA's investor relationships durable — investors keep engaging because what comes through this pathway is consistently better-prepared than a cold pitch, and founders get taken seriously because of it.
